Volume Damper & Mixing Box

Volume damper is using to control airflow inside a duct. 

 

Mixing box is using at least 2 volume dampers or more to control the air volume between the fresh air and return air. Mix the return air (i.e., the air that circulates into the AHU) and fresh air from outside for re-sending into the air-conditioned/heated room​.​​

​

If dampers are not used, flanges are provided for duct connections.

​

  • Material: Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel 304/316, and Aluminium

  • Accessories: Air Vent, Inlet Louvre, Wire Gauze, and Actuator (Motorize Damper)

PU Sandwich Panel 

A sandwich panel with polyurethane typically consists of two sheets. The thickness of PU Sandwich Panel will follow the type of aluminium profile (25/50/75mm) to selected.

​

  • PU thickness: 25mm, 50mm, and 75mm

  • Sheets material: PPGI (pre-coated steel), Galvanized Steel , and Stainless Steel 304/316

  • Sheets thickness: 0.55mm, 0.85mm, 1.01mm, and 1.61mm

Filter

The filters are used in AHU to prevent dust and other contaminants from circulating in a building.

  • Filter Type: Primary (Panel) Filter, Secondary (Bag) Filter, Mini-pleated Filter, HEPA Filter, Metal Mesh Filter, and Carbor Filter

  • Filter Frame Material: Galvanized Steel, Painted Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel 304/316, Aluminium

  • Withdrawal: Front Release, Side Release

  • Accessories: Spare Filter, Pressure Switch, Pressure Transmitter, and etc

Heat Exchanger

The main purpose of a heat exchanger is to heat or cool air as needed to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.

  • Tube Size: 3/8'', 1/2'', and 5/8''

  • Fin Type: Aluminium, Copper, Super Gold, Heresite, TiO2, etc

  • Fin Per Inch: 8 FPI, 10 FPI, 12 FPI, and 14 FPI

  • Number of Circuit: Number, Full, Half, Double, 1/4S, 1/3S, 3/4S, and 3/2S

  • Coil Frame Material: Galvanized Steel, Aluminium, and Stainless 304/316

Access Door

Used for enter AHU for doing daily or monthly maintenance.

​

  • Door Type: Hinged Door, Detachable Door, and Positive Door

  • Accessories: Window, Bulkhead Light, Light Switch, Lockable Handles, etc

Canopy

Used for AHU locate at outdoor to avoid the rainwater flow inside the unit.

Blower & Motor

The AHU uses a fan that creates air circulation within the system.

​

  • Forward curve and backward curve of centrifugal transmission

  • Fan with AC motor up to IE4

  • EC Plug Fan with efficiencies higher than IE5

  • Blower  with spark proof design for special requirement

  • EC controller and VRF control fan speed designed for mounting within the AHU or direct on motors.

Unit Base

The base of the AHU. Used for lifting the AHU such as using Forklift, Manual Pallet Lift and Ceiling Hung.​

​

  • Material: Aluminium and Hot-dip Galvanize Steel.
